Inside Sales
We are an importer/distributor of premium architectural hardware from leading international manufacturers. FFI provides one-stop business-to-business solutions to window, door and skylight manufacturers and retailers throughout North America. We also provide solutions and assistance to some of America's most prominent architects.

We are seeking an individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Person. Successful candidates will actively facilitate the sales process of our premier window, door and skylight hardware by establishing and maintaining relationships by telephone, demonstrations and technical assistance for walk-in customers, preparing quotes, entering and tracking orders, follow up with customers and prospects as well as general office duties. Blueprint/construction knowledge would be helpful.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints |

Product development experience in building/construction field, preferably windows & doors |

Solid computer skills |

Type 35+ words per minute |

 |
Proven track record of customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention |

Manage a broad customer base with high quality and efficiency |

Leverage existing inventories to maximize company investments |
 |
Train customers about technical features and benefits of products |
 |
Any foreign language skills a plus – Italian or Spanish preferred, but not required |
