FFI is a wholesale distributor of hardware and components for windows, doors and skylights. Direct sales are limited to these qualified company types:

	window, door, and skylight manufacturers, and
	window, door, and skylight and hardware retailers.

What are the reasons for this sales policy? Many of our products are bought and sold only in case volume (wholesale) quantities; many FFI products require specialized expertise in millwork, metal fabrication, and/or electrical installations; and, FFI is structured to best support the above described businesses, who in turn serve the architectural, construction and residential communities.

How do I become an FFI customer?
FFI's first priority is finding out what you are interested in, and helping you get the information you want as soon as possible. If you want to become an FFI customer, please tell us about what hardware you are looking for; also, FFI will ask to learn a bit about your company in order to take care of you best.

Established manufacturers of windows, doors and skylights, as well as window, door, skylight and hardware retailers, can be easily pre-qualified for a basic FFI account, and then can receive pricing and technical assistance. (If your company has a website, this is the easiest way for FFI to verify your new account eligibility.)

Before your company's first purchase is completed on your new account, FFI will ask you to complete our Credit Application.
